There is no doubt that Josephine County would not be served as a lower valley county whose needs are to sustainability of infrastructure, tourism, forestry and dependence upon I-5 as part of its citizens needs and connectivity.

Plan A is a no go.
Plan B is a strong consideration to appropriately linking communities of interest and businesses that depend heavily upon tourism from and to the coastal counties and to the necessary services and connections created through I-5.

I agree I’d like to emphasize the more diverse tourism in that that we have the gateway to the coast, Rogue River tourism with Orange Torpedo Trips, neighboring Ashland, Applegate Valley and wine purveyors and the downtown itself. It’s not a cow town it’s a tourist town . We have different issues than getting water to the alfalfa.
