Sorry… was just a quick link to something interesting on the legal front. Point is that dealing with the homeless situation is not just a small/big city, or liberal/conservative city issue according to the law. While everywhere, people want “their parks back” (and their sidewalks) it is more than having the ability for the police to clear the area. Where do they go? Where do they get help?
