Forum – Local Impacts of Cannabis / Hemp

Please join us for our first IN-PERSON event. This month we are focusing on the local impacts of cannabis and hemp on our soil, water, and public safety.
Guest speakers include:
- Amanda Metzler. Amanda is the Founder and President of F.A.R.M.S. Inc – Oregon’s CANNABIS Farm Advocates. She is the Chair of the Josephine County Cannabis Advisory Panel. Amanda also sits on three OLCC committees – OLCC Marijuana Advisory Board, OLCC Rule Making Committee (RAC), and OLCC Metrc User Group.
- Sheriff Dave Daniels. Sheriff Daniels is on the front line regarding enforcement of current regulations set by the Oregon Liquor Commission and Oregon Department of Agriculture.
- Oregon Representative Lily Morgan. Representative Morgan is one of the sponsors of HB3000 which addresses issues related to hemp production in Oregon.
This Forum will be held at Taprock Grill. In-person attendance is currently limited to 35. Zoom will also be available.

There will be a no-host social with food and drink available to order from Traprock before the event (beginning at 6:30 pm). The Forum starts at 7:00 pm.
